A soothing piano track accompanies you as you collect the colors emitted from the music. The louder the music gets, the more colors are released. Snagging yellows increases your bonus point meter, and also makes you grow allowing you to catch more colors, but also makes it easier to catch those pesky reds, which lower your bonus meter and make you smaller. A tremendous experience, a real shame that Music Catch doesn’t have more variety in levels.

Ongaku offers a slightly unique take on the rhythm based music genre, with a more mellow feel and tone. Notes come out at three different levels, and you must navigate through these levels to successfully hit all the notes. For those who’ve exhausted the many hard rock, similar style music games, Ongaku offers a slight change of pace.

Use the Arrow Keys to play.

DJ Fest Vol.1 is a new addition to the massively popular music game genre. The game is simple, but very challenging, forcing you to line up the arrow with the oncoming bars of music so you can scratch out a funky beat. The bars travel quickly and mercilessly close together, making this DJ Fest a true challenge for music lovers.

Music Bounce is an interesting, if somewhat lacking puzzler. A series of blocks scatter the levels, and you must fire balls from the side of the screen from a position whereby all the same colored blocks will be eliminated. While this may sound difficult, Music Bounce is all setup so that there’s really only one possible firing position, making it more trial and error than anything else.

The whole music angle also seems like a tacked on addition that has no real relevance to the game. Fun for a few rounds, but may seem lacking afterwards.

Music Bounce Instructions:
The game uses only the mouse for controls.

This is one of the stranger games you’re likely to encounter. Taking on the role of a fly, you move around some charmingly crafted black and white environments, picking up blue spheres along the way, and avoiding the scattered obstacles which are anathema to flies. An eclectic score accompanies the equally eclectic, but compelling gameplay in Clinic The Second Line.

Clinic – the second line Instructions:
Movement: use the arrow keys to fly around.
Game Quality: press the enter key to enhance game quality and performance.
